Faith in the every day Journey
Genuine Faith in the Bible is reflected in everyday life, the same is true for us today.
Faith in the every day moment to moment doesn’t seem like Faith at the time, it feels more like steadfastness, or just tying it get through. Faith at times feels a lot like tying a knot at the end of a rope and just hanging on. Faith is lived out in patient endurance, but be assured of this, it is Faith, especially when it’s anchored in the Lord Jesus Christ and the Word of God.
“The object of faith is not a Divine Offer,
but the Offering of the Divine: Jesus!”
Jesus is the source, our source, our only source!
Jesus:
A life living example of the Way
His Words and teachings for the Way
His Blood shed to pay and pave the Way
The Water of the Word refreshing
us on the journey along the Way
The Bread of Life for life Sustenance on the Way
The Word of Life to teach and counsel is on the Way
His Spirit to be our Guide and our Strength all the Way
A place in Him: Our Eternal home at the end of the Way

Sarah: The Mother who learned by waiting
