WE CARE exists for the purpose of encouraging, consoling, admonishing and restoring widows.
Widows are a special group who have suffered a great loss in their lives. Everything has changed and there are many new decisions and challenges to face.
"At this time in our lives, God has chosen us to be widows. We believe He has a purpose in everything He does. 1Peter 4:10 says, "As each of you has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of the manifold grace of God."
Our desire is to be available to those who are widows, to stand alongside of them and help during the immediate loss and to continue to bring comfort and support wherever we are needed.
Whether you have been widowed recently, or many years ago, you have probably found that your life has been redefined. In order to address these needs our times together are spent in prayer, devotions, fellowship and sharing.
Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world. James 1:27
